If you are a part time higher education student living in North Wales, you may be able to open an Individual Learning Account - a Government backed scheme to encourage learning. If an account is opened for you, you can get 20% discount off the cost of most career related courses - and up to 80% for some courses!

You must be over 18 and not on any other Government funded training scheme.
